The Employability Development Program (EDP) is a comprehensive 260 hours program designed with the sole purpose of creating highly efficient human resource. The EDP focuses on development of skills that are required to perform efficiently at the workplace under any given circumstances. The uniqueness of the program is its being performance-based in nature; the program is keenly developed to provide exposure to the practices that are prevalent in the industry hence bridging the gap between the theoretical knowledge and the skills required to perform at the work place. The course content of EDP is designed on the lines of top Ivy League Colleges to enhance the requisite employable skills by the industries across the globe.

Based on the experience and inputs of our team dealing with corporate trainings we have come up with a certain set of desirable skills by almost any industry. These skills when imparted to the management trainees, creates efficient work force which is highly employable as well as more desirable in the industry.

After the completion of this program STEPS Assured Pvt. Ltd. also assists the trainees with the selection and recruitment process to our own corporate clientele and ensures a smooth transition for the trainees from students to efficient employees.

The procedure adopted of these workshops is classroom based for understanding, live one day projects/tasks (on almost every topic) in companies for learning.
